Condo & high-rise kitchens
We handle the paperwork buildings ask for — certificates of insurance, approved work windows, and service elevator booking — so your install isn't turned away at the door.
Serving Hollywood, FL
Hollywood is a mix of beachside condo towers, mid-century houses with tight galley kitchens, and rental units that need turning over quickly. Each one asks something different from a fabricator — a condo needs certificates of insurance and a booked service elevator, a 1950s kitchen needs a template that accounts for walls that aren't straight.
What we do
Counters that survive salt air, rental turnover, and buildings with rules about when you're allowed to carry stone through the lobby.
We handle the paperwork buildings ask for — certificates of insurance, approved work windows, and service elevator booking — so your install isn't turned away at the door.
Fast, clean swaps between tenants. Durable quartz that resists staining, installed without dragging the unit offline for a week.
Compact vanity tops, vessel-sink cutouts, and full-height splashes for primary and guest baths in older Hollywood homes.

Where we work
Why Osby
The thing that derails a Hollywood condo install isn't the stone — it's arriving to find the service elevator booked, or the COI naming the wrong entity. We ask your building for its requirements before template day, not on install morning. Fabricating in South Florida since 2011, twenty minutes down I-95 from our Miami Gardens shop.

Plain English
We try not to use trade language, but a few terms are hard to avoid. None of them are complicated.
There is a fuller list on the materials page, and you are always welcome to just ring up and ask.
Questions
Yes. Most Hollywood buildings want a certificate of insurance naming the association, plus an approved work window and a reserved service elevator. Send us your building's requirements when you request a quote and we'll have it all in place before template day.
Salt air is hard on metal fixtures but not on stone itself. The bigger issue is UV if any part of the counter sees direct sun — engineered quartz can discolour over time in sunlight, so for balconies and terraces we steer people toward granite or porcelain.
Typically about a week from template to install for a standard kitchen. If you're coordinating with painters or flooring, tell us the sequence and we'll slot in so nobody is waiting on us.
Either. Most Hollywood jobs include a new undermount sink because the old one rarely fits the new cutout cleanly. We'll quote both so you can decide.
